The deadline for submission of round table proposals is Friday 26th September 2008.You will be notified  by Monday 27th October  as to whether your proposal has been accepted.
 If you are travelling from outside the UK and need an earlier decision, please mention this in your proposal and we shall endeavour to reach a decision earlier in order to facilitate your travel arrangements.

Propose a Roundtable Topic

A  roundtable is a  session of five speakers dealing with a topic appropriate to the conference. Each speaker will talk for around 10 minutes.
 

Complete the online form below to propose a roundtable  a . During the submission procedure you will be asked for:

your own name, email and address details the roundtable title the title, name and email address of the proposed roundtable chairperson the name and email address of each speaker in the roundtable a brief description of the proposed roundtable

Please ensure you include an email address for your speakers as further conference information, including acceptance, will be sent by email to each speaker as well as to yourself.
