All are invited to join us to celebrate International Women’s Day (8th March) with the unveiling of a commemorative plaque to Mary Astell (1666-1731). The afternoon will include a Working for Women showcase at Newcastle Cathedral (in close proximity to the plaque site), celebrating those who work to promote and support the lives of women in Newcastle and the wider region.
