Call for Papers: Women’s Studies Group 1558-1837 Seminar programme Back

The Women’s Studies Group are seeking papers for their 2014-2015 seminar programme.  Papers can be any length up to 35 minutes, and can
be formal or informal, or even work in progress. The papers are followed by

very supportive and informal discussion by members present. 

The topics can be anything related to any aspect of women’s studies: not only women writers, but any activity of a woman or women in the period of our concern, or anything that affects or is affected by women in this time period, such as the law, religion, etc.  Male writers writing about women or male historical figures who have a bearing on the condition of women in this period are also a potential topic. 

All meetings are on Saturdays, 2.00 – 5.00pm:

  • Saturday 27th  September, 2014
  • Saturday 29th November, 2014
  • Saturday 31st January, 2015.
